Shipping & Returns

Processing & shipping times

In-stock pieces usually ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and personalized pieces take roughly 1–3 weeks, depending on the design. You'll see an estimate on each product page, and we'll email you the moment your order ships.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send a confirmation email with your carrier and tracking number. You can also find tracking details in your account under Order history.

Packaging

Every piece is carefully wrapped and boxed to arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 14 days so we can make it right.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is handmade — and often personalized — we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Non-personalized items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery; buyers cover return shipping. Personalized and custom pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Reach out within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date.
