Are your pieces really handmade?
Yes — every piece is designed, cut, layered, sanded, sealed, and inspected by hand in our USA studio. Because of that, no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
How long until my order ships?
Most in-stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and personalized pieces typically take 1–3 weeks depending on the design — the estimated time is shown on each product page.
Can I personalize a piece?
Many of our products can be personalized with names, dates, or colors. Look for the personalization options on the product page, or submit a Custom Order request for something completely bespoke.
How do custom orders work?
Submit a custom request with your idea, sizes, colors, and any inspiration. We'll review it and send you a quote. Once you approve and pay (a deposit may be required for larger pieces), we begin crafting and keep you updated through to delivery.
How should I care for my piece?
Wipe clean with a dry, soft cloth. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and away from moisture and high humidity. Product-specific care notes are listed on each product page.
Do you accept returns?
Because each piece is handmade (and often personalized), we handle returns case by case. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do you ship outside the US?
We primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please email us before ordering and we'll see what we can do.
